The domain name is pretty direct. But, seriously, why should you “Hire Charlie?”

I have a strong background in communication. Tools honed working in small newsrooms and Major League ballparks have allowed me to move between journalism, marketing, branding and design. The ability to create thoughtful content – written and visual – has proven crucial in throughout my career.

Words matter. But even perfectly crafted prose that is out-of-brand or with other “interference” loses its punch. I can help you avoid that.

I’m currently leading the marketing and e-commerce department of an established wholesale distributor covering most of the East Coast of the U.S., so this site seems superfluous.
